Well done for yesterday's competition! :D

We did very good, yeah?(:

Home Nursing was the first component we had to do :O

So went and the case was about A 59 year old lady who have hypertension and stroke! :O

Did our cheer before going in, then we smiled all the way! :D

The patient was irritating yeah? T.T

Beginning said she already taken a bathe and medicine.

Then when we finished meal, the mdm said she got medication T.T

& the girl timing it! D:

Said 1 minute left, later after awhile say 4 mins left T.T

Yes, managed to finish TPR, Meal, Medication and we stopped halfway at stroke Bed Making :O

Praise The Lord that Jaime Mdm last minute taught #3 and 2 on how to do stroke bed making(:

Mdm said that we have good "teamship" :D

Second component was drill! :D

Cheered before going to the road.

Boundary was okay, didn't have to restrict so much(:

& yes, I was lucky that the Sir didn't see that I nearly fell after I sediya myself :P

Sir commented that our bangs is the nicest he have heard from beginning till now(:

Jaime Mdm also commented that arm swings are the nicest among all our trainings(:

SJC was laughing at us, from what I heard from Jaime Mdm.

But it's okay!

Because we've got BEST DRILL! :D

btw, the ban of fried food will officially start on 25th feb for number one and three.
3rd of march onwards, the rest of team cant eat.
RuleS:

If caught by any senior, one food per item owe 80.
Serious offence, dun think we are crazy.
Persevere, after competition, i can treat u all to chocolates and candies.

Hello.

It is already like febuary.
U all only left like 56 more days and less than 20 trainings.
But honestly speaking, not a single one of you is up to standrd yet.
I will be very frank in this post and clear all doubts i have.
Firstly, todae i saw nc2 only have two person for drill.
Seriously speaking, im super sick and tired of it.
So why should i waste my time to train 2 ppl
If u dun feel well, u still have to come for morning drill but u can sit and see the mistakes of ur team. Unless u are not coming to school...
If u want competition to end quickly and do everything in a slip-shot manner,
then what for join first aid team.
U should have told me on the first day of training last year,
i would have change the ppl then.
If u have no commitments towards training, no attitude and just wanna have that points "thinking", I reckon u think twice of what u achieved from training. Issit just scoldings and studying , or bonding and time management...
Reflect on ur attendance. Every single one of u.
I hope to see a better NC2 soon. In the days to come.

Weather's quite bad recently.

Ms Nair talked to us again :\
To tell you all the truth, I'm quite jealous and envious of the other team's attendance.
They're trying their very best and putting in all their effort in this competition.
And look at our team?
Yeah, it's way worse than them.

I'm also quite disappointed in our team.
That our attendance is always like this.
It's been ages we see each other at the same time.
Why is that so?
I have no idea.
At least make the effort to come?
Our team worst attendance was 1, while the other team is only 3.
Yeah, so can say that I'm quite disappointed.

But the truth is,
If you all work hard, study better, memorise and learn what to do,
you'll be able to suceed and be able to be better than what you are now.
Please work hard, I know you all feel very tired, but our trainer is also feeling very tired too.
Even if you slack now, when it's the competition day, you'll still want to be better than other schools.
So isn't better to do your best now in trainings and get a better position in the competition?
Our trainer is sacrificing her time to study for us, to train us to be better.
And this is our team's standard.
I really hope everyone can study and be there for majority of the trainings, and not just come for 1 or 2 trainings only.

I know we can do better than this(:
So hope that we can aim the standard that our trainer is hoping for us?

Remember, what you reap is what you sow.

Everyone, pls make a habit to come for morning drill.
Even if u dun feel well to do drill.
at least observe and come to see ur team mistakes, it would really be helpful

Remind me what u all wanna learn. Cause given ur current situation, i scared teach u all these 2 CPR will confuse you. Lets take one step at a time, ((:
MEET UP TOGETHER AS A TEAM FOR STUDY SESSIONS.
It would really helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MUST ARR. Tell me when u all can study. I pop my head to see a while :D (Exclude training time)
Number one guide your team and teach them how u study. Cause ur memory power good. Eat more berries? Number four teach ur team ambulance calling. Yes number 3 learn number one stuff. Then number 2 must jia yous.

Hey. I hope that the talk with miss nair has woken you all up, instead of erupted your anger.
But if you all dont have the commitments to come for trainings, to study and to even love it with all your heart, why did you all even in the first place come in to FA team. For points? Well thats too much of a hypocrite.. Instead of complaining that training will take much of your time. Training killing my brain cells. Just stop complaining and do it. I have been through 10 times much than u all. Trainers asking us memorizing CHUNKS AND CHUNKS. From nc to na. What u all learning now is like i dec training time should have already known all. And jan the following year is to practice on it and not start learning another procedure. I can honestly say that i used to complain before, i used to mubble and whine over how tired i am. But thinking positvely, first aid is sud. Nursing is fun playing with patients. Drill is cool. And when u get the trophy is like wa lao eh.. SHIOK. I next day woke up still ask myself. Did we actually got champs!
Serious. Put ur heart and soul into it..
#1 not firm with team mates.
#2 is far too blur. Din bother to study. Dun know basics. Im honestly very disappointed in you ):
pls prove it to me and study! Before its wayyy too late. Ask NC2 stay back to revise with you.

Ok, i wanna inform u all that ur number 3 has became number 5. And your number 5 became number 3. I thought this super hard before making this decision. I feel that ur number 3 cannot cope with the stress and studying. Maybe being a number will let her study in a more easy and slow pace?

ChinWei: Please study your procedures? Number 2 and 3 has the most nursing procedures to study. Currently, your first aid case also cannot make it. Maybe lack of experience? And first aid knowledge, so pls study!! Next training, please show that u make the effort to study!!

Ern-Le: Okay, i understand that you have a weak immune system. But the studying part is for you to make a difference. I cant be every day after training, write out a summarized list for you to study. i can help you, but not for every lil thing. I have my o levels too. Hope u understand.

Sherlyn: The ear hole thing i already close one eye, so long as u take out the ear sticks i wont force you to close the ear hole. Despite miss oh wants it closed okay. I hope you would be cooperative. I can see that ur commitment for sjab is really good, so dont do things to make you bad as a cadet. Then, i know u put in the effort to study. But if you dont smile for nursing and be more alert and pro-active for first aid. You all cant fuction for anything besides drill.

Kahmin: Okays, i know your attendance is regular. Putting you as a number 3 is to develop your potential. That means you have to work doubly hard but also focus on number one and three roles. Now we shall take baby steps on being a number 3. Time is too tight? But i know u can do it. Just be more alert for drill and all yeah!!

Okay, some of u may be offended and all. But i hope u all would be in my shoes as a trainer and know how i feel? We need to start things fast in order to have a more relax environment in trainings next year.
